L'application permet d'importer des textes de théâtre, de répéter avec un partenaire IA qui donne la réplique vocalement, d'analyser la précision de la récitation, et de bénéficier de conseils de direction théâtrale générés par IA. L'application fonctionne principalement côté client, sans création de compte utilisateur.

MasteringTheatre et l'ensemble de ses composants (code source, design, interface, contenu, marques) sont protégés par le droit d'auteur et les lois relatives à la propriété intellectuelle. Toute reproduction, modification ou distribution non autorisée est interdite.
Les fonctionnalités de partage (packs vocaux, export PDF) permettent à l'utilisateur de diffuser du contenu. L'utilisateur est seul responsable du contenu qu'il partage et déclare disposer des droits nécessaires. MasteringTheatre décline toute responsabilité quant au contenu partagé par ses utilisateurs.
L'enregistrement et le partage de voix via les packs vocaux impliquent le stockage temporaire d'enregistrements audio sur les serveurs de MasteringTheatre pendant une durée maximale de 8 jours, après quoi ils sont automatiquement supprimés. L'utilisateur consent à ce stockage temporaire lors de l'enregistrement. Tout enregistrement d'une voix tierce nécessite le consentement explicite de cette personne.

The application allows users to import theatre scripts, rehearse with an AI partner that speaks lines vocally, analyze recitation accuracy, and receive AI-generated theatre direction advice. The application runs primarily client-side, with no user account creation.
Some features rely on third-party AI services:
Use of these features requires explicit user consent. Texts and images sent to these services are processed to generate the requested responses. MasteringTheatre does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or relevance of content generated by these services.
Theatre scripts imported by users remain their property and responsibility. Users represent that they hold the necessary rights to use imported scripts within the application.
MasteringTheatre and all its components (source code, design, interface, content, trademarks) are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is prohibited.
Sharing features (voice packs, PDF export) allow users to distribute content. Users are solely responsible for the content they share and represent that they hold the necessary rights. MasteringTheatre disclaims all liability for content shared by its users.
Recording and sharing voices through voice packs involves temporary storage of audio recordings on MasteringTheatre servers for a maximum of 8 days, after which they are automatically deleted. Users consent to this temporary storage when recording. Recording a third party's voice requires that person's explicit consent.
The application is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. MasteringTheatre does not guarantee:

La grabación y el intercambio de voces mediante paquetes vocales implican el almacenamiento temporal de grabaciones de audio en los servidores de MasteringTheatre durante un máximo de 8 días, tras los cuales se eliminan automáticamente. MasteringTheatre und alle seine Komponenten (Quellcode, Design, Oberfläche, Inhalte, Marken) sind urheberrechtlich und durch Gesetze zum geistigen Eigentum geschützt.
Teilen-Funktionen (Sprachpakete, PDF-Export) ermöglichen die Verbreitung von Inhalten. Der Nutzer ist allein für geteilte Inhalte verantwortlich. MasteringTheatre lehnt jede Haftung für von Nutzern geteilte Inhalte ab.
Die Aufnahme und der Austausch von Stimmen über Sprachpakete beinhalten die vorübergehende Speicherung von Audioaufnahmen auf MasteringTheatre-Servern für maximal 8 Tage, danach werden sie automatisch gelöscht. Die Aufnahme der Stimme Dritter erfordert deren ausdrückliche Zustimmung.
Die App wird „wie besehen" ohne jegliche Garantie bereitgestellt. MasteringTheatre garantiert nicht:

De applicatie stelt gebruikers in staat theaterteksten te importeren, te repeteren met een AI-partner die regels vocaal uitspreekt, de nauwkeurigheid van het reciteren te analyseren en door AI gegenereerde theaterregieadviezen te ontvangen. De applicatie draait voornamelijk aan de clientzijde, zonder aanmaak van een gebruikersaccount.

Het gebruik van deze functies vereist de uitdrukkelijke toestemming van de gebruiker. Teksten en afbeeldingen die naar deze diensten worden verzonden, worden verwerkt om de gevraagde antwoorden te genereren. MasteringTheatre garandeert niet de beschikbaarheid, nauwkeurigheid of relevantie van de door deze diensten gegenereerde inhoud.
Theaterteksten die door de gebruiker zijn geïmporteerd, blijven zijn eigendom en verantwoordelijkheid. De gebruiker verklaart over de nodige rechten te beschikken om de geïmporteerde teksten te gebruiken.
MasteringTheatre en al zijn componenten (broncode, ontwerp, interface, inhoud, merken) worden beschermd door auteursrecht en wetgeving inzake intellectueel eigendom.
Deelfuncties (spraakpakketten, PDF-export) stellen de gebruiker in staat inhoud te verspreiden. De gebruiker is als enige verantwoordelijk voor gedeelde inhoud. MasteringTheatre wijst alle aansprakelijkheid af voor door gebruikers gedeelde inhoud.
Het opnemen en delen van stemmen via spraakpakketten houdt tijdelijke opslag van audio-opnamen op MasteringTheatre-servers in gedurende maximaal 8 dagen, waarna ze automatisch worden verwijderd. Het opnemen van de stem van derden vereist hun uitdrukkelijke toestemming.

Korzystanie z aplikacji oznacza bezwarunkową akceptację niniejszych ogólnych warunków użytkowania i sprzedaży.
Aplikacja umożliwia importowanie tekstów teatralnych, ćwiczenie z partnerem AI, który wypowiada kwestie głosowo, analizę dokładności recytacji oraz otrzymywanie wskazówek reżyserskich generowanych przez AI. Aplikacja działa głównie po stronie klienta, bez tworzenia konta użytkownika.
Niektóre funkcje opierają się na usługach AI podmiotów trzecich:
Korzystanie z tych funkcji wymaga wyraźnej zgody użytkownika. Teksty i obrazy wysyłane do tych usług są przetwarzane w celu wygenerowania żądanych odpowiedzi. MasteringTheatre nie gwarantuje dostępności, dokładności ani adekwatności treści generowanych przez te usługi.
Teksty teatralne zaimportowane przez użytkownika pozostają jego własnością i odpowiedzialnością. Użytkownik oświadcza, że posiada niezbędne prawa do wykorzystania importowanych tekstów.
MasteringTheatre i wszystkie jego komponenty (kod źródłowy, design, interfejs, treści, znaki towarowe) są chronione prawem autorskim i przepisami dotyczącymi własności intelektualnej.
Funkcje udostępniania (pakiety głosowe, eksport PDF) umożliwiają użytkownikowi rozpowszechnianie treści. Użytkownik ponosi wyłączną odpowiedzialność za udostępniane treści. MasteringTheatre nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za treści udostępniane przez użytkowników.
Nagrywanie i udostępnianie głosów za pośrednictwem pakietów głosowych wiąże się z tymczasowym przechowywaniem nagrań audio na serwerach MasteringTheatre przez maksymalnie 8 dni, po czym są automatycznie usuwane. Nagrywanie głosu osób trzecich wymaga ich wyraźnej zgody.
Aplikacja jest dostarczana „tak jak jest", bez jakiejkolwiek gwarancji. MasteringTheatre nie gwarantuje:
Użytkownik zobowiązuje się do korzystania z aplikacji w sposób zgodny z prawem. Zabronione jest obchodzenie zabezpieczeń, nadużywanie usług AI oraz udostępnianie treści niezgodnych z prawem.

Aplikacja nie jest przeznaczona dla dzieci poniżej 13 roku życia.
MasteringTheatre zastrzega sobie prawo do zmiany niniejszych warunków w dowolnym momencie.
Ceny podane są w euro z VAT (20%). Subskrypcje są miesięczne, rozliczane w dniu zapisu i automatycznie odnawiane.
Wersja internetowa: płatność kartą kredytową za pośrednictwem Stripe (Stripe, Inc., certyfikat PCI-DSS Poziom 1). Wydawca nie przechowuje żadnych danych bankowych.
Google Play / App Store: płatność zarządzana przez odpowiednią platformę na jej warunkach.
Brak okresu zobowiązania. Użytkownik może zrezygnować w dowolnym momencie:
Rezygnacja wchodzi w życie z końcem bieżącego okresu. Dostęp do płatnych funkcji jest utrzymywany do tego dnia.

Niniejsze warunki podlegają prawu francuskiemu. Wszelkie spory będą rozstrzygane przez właściwe sądy w Nicei, Francja.

Доступ к приложению и его использование подразумевают безоговорочное принятие настоящих общих условий использования и продажи.
Приложение позволяет импортировать театральные тексты, репетировать с ИИ-партнёром, который произносит реплики вслух, анализировать точность декламации и получать советы по режиссуре, сгенерированные ИИ. Приложение работает преимущественно на стороне клиента, без создания учётной записи.
Некоторые функции используют сторонние ИИ-сервисы:
Использование этих функций требует явного согласия пользователя. Тексты и изображения, отправляемые этим сервисам, обрабатываются для генерации запрошенных ответов. MasteringTheatre не гарантирует доступность, точность или уместность сгенерированного контента.
Театральные тексты, импортированные пользователем, остаются его собственностью и ответственностью. Пользователь заявляет, что обладает необходимыми правами на использование импортированных текстов.
MasteringTheatre и все его компоненты (исходный код, дизайн, интерфейс, контент, торговые марки) защищены авторским правом и законодательством об интеллектуальной собственности.
Функции обмена (голосовые пакеты, экспорт PDF) позволяют пользователю распространять контент. Пользователь несёт исключительную ответственность за распространяемый контент. MasteringTheatre снимает с себя всякую ответственность за контент, распространяемый пользователями.
Запись и обмен голосами через голосовые пакеты предполагают временное хранение аудиозаписей на серверах MasteringTheatre в течение максимум 8 дней, после чего они автоматически удаляются. Запись голоса третьих лиц требует их явного согласия.
Приложение предоставляется «как есть», без каких-либо гарантий. MasteringTheatre не гарантирует:
Пользователь обязуется использовать приложение законным образом. Запрещены попытки обхода мер безопасности, злоупотребление ИИ-сервисами и распространение незаконного контента.

MasteringTheatre оставляет за собой право изменять настоящие условия в любое время.
Цены указаны в евро с учётом НДС (20%). Подписки ежемесячные, выставляются на дату оформления и автоматически продлеваются.
Веб-версия: оплата банковской картой через Stripe (Stripe, Inc., сертификат PCI-DSS Уровень 1). Издатель не хранит банковские данные.
Google Play / App Store: оплата управляется соответствующей платформой на её условиях.
Без обязательного периода. Пользователь может отменить подписку в любой момент:
Отмена вступает в силу в конце текущего периода. Доступ к платным функциям сохраняется до этой даты.

Paylaşım özellikleri (ses paketleri, PDF dışa aktarma) kullanıcının içerik yaymasına olanak tanır. Kullanıcı, paylaştığı içerikten yalnızca kendisi sorumludur. MasteringTheatre, kullanıcılar tarafından paylaşılan içerikten sorumluluk kabul etmez.
Ses paketleri aracılığıyla ses kaydetme ve paylaşma, MasteringTheatre sunucularında en fazla 8 gün süreyle geçici ses kaydı depolanmasını içerir, ardından otomatik olarak silinir. Üçüncü kişilerin sesinin kaydedilmesi, onların açık onayını gerektirir.

Google Play / App Store: ilgili platform tarafından kendi koşullarına göre yönetilen ödeme.
Taahhüt süresi yoktur. Kullanıcı istediği zaman iptal edebilir:
